CFoncier Nexus

Our white-label digital banking platform — internet banking and mobile banking apps for banks and financial institutions that want to outsource their customer-facing channels without losing control of their brand.

Digital banking, delivered as a managed platform

Many banks and financial institutions struggle to keep their internet and mobile banking channels modern, secure and compliant while also managing core banking systems. CFoncier Nexus is a managed platform that lets an institution outsource the technology and operation of its customer-facing digital channels while keeping full control of its brand, products and risk policy.

The platform covers web banking, native mobile apps, customer onboarding, product configuration, service desk operations and regulatory reporting. It connects to the institution's core banking system through a secure API layer, so the bank's existing systems remain the system of record.

CFoncier Nexus is designed to work alongside CFoncier Pay, CFoncier Checker and CFoncier Analytics, giving an institution a single, coherent technology ecosystem.

Design principles

The institution stays in control

The bank owns the customer relationship, brand, product terms and risk policy. CFoncier Nexus operates the technology layer under a clear service and governance model.

Speed without dependency

New features, products and security updates can be shipped to the platform without waiting for the institution's internal release cycle or core banking upgrade.

Security by design

Encryption, secure device binding, fraud detection, session management and role-based access are built into the platform from the ground up.

Regulatory alignment

Audit trails, data residency, consent management and reporting are designed to support the compliance obligations of regulated financial institutions.

Frequently asked questions

Is CFoncier Nexus a bank itself?

No. It is a technology platform and operating service for licensed banks and financial institutions. The institution retains its licence, customer relationship and regulatory obligations.

Can the apps carry our brand?

Yes. The web and mobile experiences are white-label. Logos, colour palettes, typography, terminology and product configurations are tailored to each institution.

How does it connect to our core banking system?

Through a set of API adapters and event streams. The platform reads balances, posts transactions and synchronises customer data while the core remains the system of record.

When will it be available to external institutions?

The platform is being developed and proven internally first. External partnerships will follow once the architecture, security and operational controls are fully certified.
