Recovered Asset Liquidations

We sell a wide range of recovered assets — from real estate and equipment to commodities, vehicles, securities and receivables. All transactions are conducted through a disciplined, confidential process, and expressions of interest are handled by email only.

01

How we sell recovered assets

Credit Foncier International periodically liquidates assets that have been recovered through secured financing arrangements, restructuring processes or negotiated settlements. The goal is always the same: recover fair market value while preserving the integrity of the original transaction and respecting the rights of all parties.

We do not operate a public auction platform. Instead, sales are managed directly with qualified buyers who register interest by email. This allows us to control disclosure, verify buyer eligibility, and structure each transaction according to the specific asset and jurisdiction.

Every liquidation is supported by a formal file covering valuation, title, legal status and material conditions. Buyers receive enough information to conduct their own due diligence, while confidentiality is maintained throughout.

The liquidation process

Each sale follows a consistent internal process designed to protect both the seller and the buyer, and to satisfy our own compliance and governance standards.

01

Asset Recovery

Assets are recovered through enforcement of security, negotiated settlement or restructuring. Title and legal standing are confirmed before any disposal process is opened.

02

Valuation & Due Diligence

Independent valuation, title verification, condition assessment and legal review are completed. This package forms the basis for reserve pricing and buyer disclosure.

03

Marketing & Registration

Qualified buyers are invited to register interest via email. Marketing is targeted and confidential, with information released only to pre-approved parties under appropriate terms.

04

Sale & Transfer

Assets are transferred through a documented sale process, with escrow, settlement and legal completion handled by our transaction and compliance teams.

04

Buyer eligibility

We only share asset information with buyers who meet our eligibility and compliance standards. This is not a public marketplace.

  • Capacity to complete within the agreed timeline and settlement terms
  • Acceptance of the confidentiality and disclosure requirements applicable to each sale
  • Willingness to conduct independent due diligence and rely on provided documentation
  • Compliance with applicable sanctions, anti-money laundering and KYC standards
