Technical assessment
A written or modelling exercise reflecting the work of the role, discussed in detail rather than scored anonymously.
Final interview
A meeting with senior management focusing on judgement, conduct and long-term fit.
Offer and onboarding
Written offer, background verification and a structured induction programme prior to the first mandate.
