Mobility Project Analysis
Credit Foncier International LLC provides assessment and analytical support for fleet, charging infrastructure, mobility platforms, logistics and transit-related assets. Work is limited to project assessment, operational and commercial analysis, scenario modelling, documentation review and due diligence coordination.
What we assess
Three areas of the mobility sector where independent assessment matters most.
Fleet assets
Assessment of proposed fleet renewal and electrification programmes: asset specification, utilisation assumptions, residual-value evidence and the operating arrangements described by the sponsor.
Charging and depot infrastructure
Analysis of charging and depot proposals, covering grid connection status, permitting, site control, equipment selection and the maintenance arrangements proposed.
Transit and public mobility
Review of transit proposals with attention to concession or service contracts, the counterparty behind the revenue, and the regulatory framework that governs the arrangement.
How we work
An assessment process, documented at every step.
- 01
Project analysis
The proposal is examined as described: parties, assets, timetable, commercial logic and the evidence available for each.
- 02
Transaction assessment
The proposed structure is assessed for internal consistency, feasibility and the conditions on which it depends.
- 03
Documentation support
Corporate, technical and commercial documentation is prepared, organised and reviewed for completeness.
- 04
Due diligence coordination
Specialist reviews are coordinated, information requests tracked, and findings consolidated into a single view.
- 05
Milestone review
Review points are defined so that progress can be verified against evidence rather than reported intention.
- 06
Institutional introductions
Where appropriate, information is coordinated with appropriately authorised institutions, whose own assessment and approval apply.
